(Similar to version 1) Casual invitation for someone to come closer. It's a friendly way to say "come here" or "join me."
Hand: Right hand is extended outwards, with the palm facing down towards the ground. Fingers are held together and straight, with the tips of the fingers touching the fleshy part at the base of the palm (the heel).
